If your preview link looks different from what you see in Creative Manager – or your ad looks wrong after going live – here are the most common reasons and fixes.
❓ The preview shows an old version of my ad
This is almost always a browser cache issue. Your browser has stored an older version of the creative and is showing that instead of the latest one.
Quick fixes:
Open the preview link in an Incognito / Private browsing window – this bypasses the cache instantly.
Or clear your browser cache manually. Here's how to do it.
❓ The preview looks fine, but the live ad looks different
If the ad is hosted through Zuuvi and you've recently published changes, the update can take 20 minutes to appear on all websites due to caching on the ad platform side. This is normal.
If it looks wrong even after waiting, check:
Did you click "Save and Publish" or "Publish" in Creative Manager? Saving alone doesn't push changes live.
Is the ad hosted through Zuuvi? If not, you'll need to re-export and re-upload to your ad platform.
❓ Fonts look wrong or are missing in the preview
If you're using a custom font, make sure it was uploaded to Zuuvi correctly. How to upload custom fonts.
Only TTF, WOFF, and OFT formats are supported – WOFF2 is not. Convert your font if needed.
If pasting text from another source (Word, Google Docs, etc.), hidden formatting characters can cause unexpected line breaks. How to fix hidden formatting issues.
❓ Elements are in the wrong position or off-canvas
Check if Overflow Mode is enabled in Studio – elements placed outside the canvas will appear in the preview if overflow is on. More about Overflow Mode.
If an element is invisible on the canvas, check whether it has a Move animation that starts it off-screen – just hit Play to see it.
❓ The preview link shows a blank or broken page
Make sure you've saved and published the Creative Set – unpublished sets may not have a working preview link.
Try refreshing the page or opening it in a different browser.
