Made design changes in Studio - added a new format, tweaked an animation, updated a layer? Here's how to push those changes through to your existing campaign in Creative Manager.

Step 1: Save and Publish in Studio

First, make sure your changes are published from Studio.

  1. Open your template in Studio

  2. In the right-hand panel, click "Template"

  3. Click "Save & Publish Template"

⚠️ Important: Clicking regular "Save" is not enough. You must click "Save & Publish" for the changes to reach Creative Manager.

Step 2: Accept the Update in Creative Manager

  1. Go to Creative Manager

  2. Find the Creative Set you want to update

  3. You now see a Yellow bar in the top of the Creative Set

  4. Click on the three dots

  5. You'll see an "Update template" button on the right - click it

  6. Click "Accept Update"

✅ Your campaign is now updated with the latest changes from Studio.

💡 Don't see the "Update template" button?
This usually means the template hasn't been published yet in Studio, or the cache is showing an older version of the page. Go to Step 1 or try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac / Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows) or open Creative Manager in an Incognito window.

Step 3: Push the Changes Live (if your hosted ads are already running)

If your hosted ads are already live and you need the updated version to go live too, there's one more step:

  • Hosted through Zuuvi? Just click "Save and Publish" in your Creative Set in Creative Manager - the live ads will update automatically within ~20 minutes.

  • Not hosted through Zuuvi? You'll need to re-export the Creative Set and re-upload to your ad platform.

Still stuck? Reach out in the chat and share the template link - we'll take a look 😊
