You published your template in Studio - but when you go to Creative Manager to create a Creative Set, it's not showing up. Here's how to fix it, step by step.
β Step 1: Make sure you clicked the right "Publish"
There are two save options in Studio. Only one makes your template available in Creative Manager.
β "Save" - saves your work but does not publish the template to Creative Manager.
β "Save and Publish" - this is the one you need.
To publish correctly:
Open your template in Studio
Click Finalise in the left-hand menu
Click "Save and Publish"
Now go back to Creative Manager and try creating the Creative Set again - your template should appear in the list.
π Step 2: Check the template name
Templates are listed by their name in Studio. If multiple templates have similar or identical names, it can be hard to spot the right one - or you might be looking at a format name instead of the template name.
The template name is set when the template is created in Studio.
If you're unsure, go to Studio and check: the name shown at the top of the template is what you'll see in the Creative Manager list.
π‘ Tip: give your templates clear, unique names to make them easy to find later.
β
π Step 3: Check you're in the right account
Zuuvi is organised by accounts and workspaces. If you have access to multiple accounts (for example, under different brands or clients), the template might be published under a different account than the one you're currently viewing in Creative Manager.
Check the account name in the top menu of Creative Manager.
Make sure it matches the account where the template was created in Studio.

π Need to update an existing template instead?
If your template is already in Creative Manager but you've made changes in Studio and need to push those through, that's a separate flow.
Still not showing up after all of this? Reach out in the chat with the name of your template and which account it was created in, and we'll help you track it down π
