Start in Studio and jump to the Creative Manager afterward.
When formats are edited in Studio or extra formats are added then follow these steps:
Go to "Template" on the right side of the menu
Click "Save & Publish Template"
Now go to Creative Manager:
Go to "Campaigns" at the top menu
Open up the specific campaign with the template used you have added the changes to in Studio
Click on "Update template" to the right
Now click on "Accept Update"
Your campaign is now updated with the latest changes from Studio.
