You saved your changes - but your creative still looks the same. Or an exported file looks different from what you see in Creative Manager. What's going on?
📌 Why does this happen?
Zuuvi runs in your browser - which means it's subject to how browsers work. Browsers store ("cache") copies of websites locally on your computer to make them load faster. Sometimes that means your browser shows you an older saved version of your creative instead of the latest one.
This isn't a bug in Zuuvi - your changes are saved correctly on our end. The browser just needs a nudge to load the newest version.
The good news: it's easy to fix, and it's local to your computer only.
🚀 Option 1: Incognito window (fastest)
Open Creative Manager in a new Incognito / Private window - it doesn't use the browser cache, so you'll immediately see the latest version.
Chrome: Cmd+Shift+N (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows)
🛠 Option 2: Clear your cache
Fastest: Chrome extension
Add the Clear Cache Chrome extension - one click clears the cache anytime.
💡 Pin it in your toolbar so you can clear the cache instantly whenever things look off.
Manual: Chrome
Open Chrome settings and search for "Clear browsing data"
Select "Cached images and files"
Choose "All time" as the time range for the best result
Click Clear data
(Remember not to clear passwords - that's not needed)
⌨️ Option 3: Hard refresh
A hard refresh forces the browser to reload the page fresh, ignoring the cache - without clearing everything.
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
