  1. Go to Creative Manager.

  2. Hover over the Creative Set that’s giving you trouble.

  3. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the Creative Set card.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown menu.

  5. Click Copy ID - the ID is now on your clipboard 🎉

  6. Paste the ID in the chat when contacting Support.
