๐Ÿ” Can't Log In to Zuuvi? Here's How to Fix It

Having trouble logging in? This covers the most common login issues - wrong password, SSO, 2-factor authentication, and browser problems.

Can't get into Zuuvi? Here are the most common reasons and exactly how to fix each one.


Forgot your password

  1. Click "Forgot password?"

  2. Enter the email address connected to your Zuuvi account

  3. Check your inbox for a reset link - also check your spam folder

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Make sure you're using the same email your account was created with. If you're unsure, contact your team admin or reach out to us in the chat.


Logging in via SSO (Single Sign-On)

If your organisation uses SSO (for example Microsoft Entra / Azure AD or Google Workspace), you must log in through your company's SSO portal - not with a regular email and password.

  • Look for a "Continue with Microsoft" or "Continue with Google" option on the login page

  • If your SSO button isn't showing, your account may not be set up for SSO yet - contact your Zuuvi admin or reach out to us


2-factor authentication (2FA) issues

If you've enabled 2FA and aren't receiving the code, or have lost access to your authenticator app:

  • Check that your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) is synced correctly - time drift can cause codes to fail

  • If you've lost access to your authenticator app entirely, reach out to us in the chat and we'll help you reset it


Browser and cache issues

Sometimes a cached session or browser extension can block the login page from loading correctly.

  • Try opening Zuuvi in an Incognito / Private window

  • Or try a different browser (Chrome is recommended)

You can log in but can't see your workspace

If you can log in but the workspace looks empty or you're missing content, you may be in the wrong account. Check the account name in the top menu and make sure it matches the workspace your team uses.

If you've been invited to Zuuvi but never completed the sign-up, your account may not be fully activated - check your email for an invitation link, or ask your admin to resend it.
