Ad weight is crucial to keep your ads running smoothly. Most ad platforms have strict weight limits, and Zuuvi makes it simple for you to keep an eye on these - directly inside your workspace. Here’s everything you need to know.

Step 1: Find the Ad Weight section

  • In Studio, go to Finalise and you’ll see the new Ad Weight section.

  • In Creative Manager, a new tab called Ad Weight has been added. Opening it shows the same section you find in Studio.

Step 2: Run the analysis

  • Click the button to start the analysis.

  • Your template is saved as-is before the analysis begins.

  • All formats are analysed in parallel, so you don’t need to run them one by one.

Step 3: Understand your results

Here’s what to keep in mind when reading the analysis:

  1. +2.6 KB added to HTML & Scripts → Always included to cover the smallest export wrapper

  2. Switching formats → The active format is set as the one being analysed.

  3. Not equal to zip size → The displayed weight isn’t the size of your exported zip, since that isn’t the actual bandwidth used.

  4. Transparent video → Weight is always based on the .webm file. (.mov is not supported).

  5. Sorted overview → Results are shown from heaviest to lightest file under each category.
