G.R.A.D.I.E.N.T is a nice effect to add to your design. You can make a gradient in both rectangle and circle element.

In the example (video) below, I have added a gradient on a rectangle and made it cover the whole format, to make the image a bit brighter so the logo is more visible. You can also use gradients to give your image an extra cool look. See another example below πŸ‘‡

Wanna know how to make your nice overlay with gradient? Follow the steps below πŸ€“

  1. Add an element - rectangle or circle.

  2. Go to "Edit" in the menu to the right.

  3. Choose "Linear" or "Radical" from the drop-down menu - "Solid"

  4. To add a color you simply click the space underneath your color spectrum

  5. Click on the new color square and choose the specific color for your gradient as you normally would

  6. Move the colors around by dragging the squares

  7. Delete a color square by simply double-tapping it

Colors

  • You can add up to 20 colors to the individual element

  • The closer together the sharper the line between them will appear and the further away from each hour they are placed the more blended the colors will be.

See another cool example of a gradient overlay below.

Three different colors have been added to the gradient; blue, white, and red. The same color as in the Pepsi Max logo and used opacity on each color to make it look like part of the image. It covers the left low corner (10 degrees).

Go gradient nuts and make your design even cooler 😎
