🧩 What’s a Subaccount – and How Do I Create One?

Subaccounts let you keep things clean, organised, and easy to manage – all within your main Zuuvi account.

✨ What is a Subaccount?

A Subaccount lives under your main account and gives you a dedicated space for:

  • Different departments or markets

  • Clients with their own campaigns

  • Isolated workspaces with unique users and settings

🛠️ How to Create a Subaccount

There are two ways to create a Subaccount. Choose what works for you 👇

Option 1: From your account menu

  1. Click on your account logo (top-right corner)

  2. Select “Add new account”

  3. Fill in the details:

    • Account Name

    • Account Owner

    • Industry

    • Company Size

  4. Hit “Save”

🎉 Boom – your Subaccount is now live and ready for action!

Option 2: From Settings

  1. Go to “Settings” in the left-hand menu

  2. In the top menu, click “Accounts”

  3. Scroll down and click “+ Add new account”

  4. Enter the same details:

    • Account Name

    • Account Owner

    • Industry

    • Company Size

  5. Click “Save”

🚀 Aaand you’re done – new subaccount ready to roll.

After creating a subaccount, don’t forget to add users and assign them the right roles for the workspace.
