But fiiiirst: What is JFIF?
JFIF is an image format for exchanging JPEG-encoded files. JFIF files should open normally in all popular image editors and if it doesnโt, you can always rename files from .jfif to .jpg.
To fix the issue safely, download the file below and save it someplace safe on your PC. Double-click on the file in the explorer and accept the changes - and thatโs it.
You should now be able to save files as .jpg again.
