A fallback image is a simple PNG or JPG file of your ad. You export them the same way you export to any other network through the export menu… with a little twist depending on how many you need.👇
✨ Exporting Fallbacks for Multiple Creative Sets or a Full Campaign
- Campaign-wide export: - Click the three dots (⋯) next to the campaign name.
- Choose “Select all Creative Sets” to mark all creatives within that campaign.

- Specific Creative Sets: - Click on individual Creative Sets to select them (look for the blue outline to confirm they’re marked).

- Click “Export” at the top, and now jump to the section below to finish the export process!
OBS! You can also select Creative Set from different Campaigns.
🎯 Exporting Fallback for a Single Creative Set
- Click the three dots (⋯) on the Creative Set you want.
- Select “Export”
- In the export pop-up: - You’ll see the creatives on the left and the export settings on the right.
- Under Export options, select PNG.

- Choose the exact frame to export: - Use the timeline below the preview to scrub to the right frame, or click Play and Pause.
- Once you’ve found the perfect moment, click the timestamp on the right to lock it in.

- Hit Export – and you’re done! 🎉
Export the first frame as your fallback if you want a static image that mirrors your live ad perfectly.
