A fallback image is a simple PNG or JPG file of your ad. You export them the same way you export to any other network through the export menu⌠with a little twist depending on how many you need.đ
⨠Exporting Fallbacks for Multiple Creative Sets or a Full Campaign
Campaign-wide export:
Click the three dots (âŻ) next to the campaign name.
Choose âSelect all Creative Setsâ to mark all creatives within that campaign.
Specific Creative Sets:
Click on individual Creative Sets to select them (look for the blue outline to confirm theyâre marked).
Click âExportâ at the top, and now jump to the section below to finish the export process!
In the export pop-up:
Youâll see the creatives on the left and the export settings on the right.
Under Export options, select PNG.
Choose the exact frame to export:
Use the timeline below the preview to scrub to the right frame, or click Play and Pause.
Once youâve found the perfect moment, click the timestamp on the right to lock it in.
Hit Export - and youâre done! đ
âNote: The export process is conducted from the Manager section, not the Creative Studio.
OBS! You can also select Creative Set from different Campaigns.
Export the first frame as your fallback if you want a static image that mirrors your live ad perfectly.
