Set It and Forget It: Mastering Your Schedule with AI-Powered Recurring Rulesets

Written by Emma Pescettini
Updated over a week ago

We know your time is best spent on strategy and creativity, not on the tedious manual updates of calendar dates. That’s why we are thrilled to announce that Recurring Rulesets, powered by our intuitive AI Assistant, are officially live!

This update transforms how you manage your automations, shifting the burden of scheduling from your hands to our AI.

Why This Matters for Your Workflow

The goal is simple: Less manual labor, more consistent performance. Whether you are managing complex global campaigns or simple weekly refreshes, this feature provides:

  • Total Automation Autonomy: No more logging in on a Sunday night just to update a ruleset for Monday morning.

  • Precision at Scale: From "Bi-weekly on Tuesdays" to "Every 3 days," your rulesets now follow your business logic perfectly.

  • Human-Error Prevention: Let the AI handle the date math. You simply confirm the result.

One Prompt, Infinite Possibilities

The AI Assistant doesn't just pick a date; it understands patterns. You can now handle complex scheduling needs with a simple sentence:

Use Case

Example Prompt

Standard Routines

"Every Monday and Friday from 9:00 to 19:00"

Multi-Day Spans

"From Monday until Thursday between 05:30 and 12:30"

Cyclical Patterns

"Bi-weekly on Wednesdays" or "Every 10 days"

Specific Week Logic

"Run on weeks 12 and 14 only"

Built-In Confidence: Verify Before You Fly

We believe in "trust, but verify." To ensure your scheduling is exactly as you intended, we’ve introduced two new safety layers:

  1. AI Confirmation: After you prompt the Assistant, it will play back its understanding of your request for your approval.

  2. The Automation Preview: A brand-new verification tool allows you to select any future date on a calendar to see exactly how your ruleset will behave on that specific day.

πŸ’‘ A Note on Timezones: β†’ When you create a ruleset, the AI defaults to your local timezone.

However, to ensure global consistency, the Automation Preview tool operates using Central European Time (CET/CEST). Keep this in mind when verifying your schedules to ensure your "9:00 AM" starts exactly when you expect it to!

Stop Updating, Start Automating

By toggling on "Advanced Scheduling" within your Creative Manager, you are moving away from repetitive admin tasks and toward a more intelligent, self-sustaining workflow.

Ready to see it in action? Head over to the Creative Manager and let our AI Assistant handle the "hard labor" for you today.
